Program Your NFC Card
Write your link once. Edit your details forever — the card never needs reprogramming.
- 1
Copy your NFC link
In your dashboard, open a profile or NFC card and tap “Copy NFC Link”.
- 2
Install NFC Tools
Free on the App Store and Google Play (by wakdev).
- 3
Write → Add a record → URL / URI
Paste the link exactly as copied, including https://.
- 4
Tap “Write” and hold the card
Hold the NFC card against the top of an iPhone or the middle-back of an Android until it confirms.
- 5
Optional: lock the tag
In NFC Tools → Other → Lock tag. Locking is permanent; your profile stays editable because only the link is stored.
- 6
Test it
Unlock a phone, tap the card, and the digital card opens. Tap Save Contact and confirm.

TapCard links are short, so every tag above fits easily. You can write the same link to as many cards as you like.
Writing directly from the browser only works in Chrome on Android (Web NFC). iPhone and other browsers should use NFC Tools. iPhones read NFC links when unlocked; older iPhones (before XS) need the NFC reader in Control Center.
